Our agricultural business
The stable, that lies 100 meters from the Ortesida Farmhouse, hosts cows and calves, donkeys, pigs, sheeps, horses and our irreplaceable hens.
All our animals are brought up with exclusively natural foods. Our guests can visit the sable and meet our animals all-year-round.
Our products
The production of our cured sausages and cold cuts follows ancient rural tradition. That and the natural upbringing of our animals bring back to life flavours that are now hard to find.
